With over five years of experience working with SMS Security, along with five years serving as a Telecommunications Officer for the City of Providence with the Providence Police Department, I bring a well-rounded and real-world understanding of security, communication, and emergency response. During my time in private security, I gained hands-on experience in both armed and unarmed roles, protecting people, property, and assets across various environments. This taught me the importance of strong presence, situational awareness, and professionalism in the field. At the same time, working as a Telecommunications Officer gave me critical experience in high-pressure situations — handling emergency calls, coordinating with officers in real time, and managing communication during active incidents. That role strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and ensure accurate information is delivered when it matters most. By combining these two experiences, I developed a deeper understanding of both on-the-ground security operations and behind-the-scenes emergency coordination — a perspective that sets REDLINE PROTECTION GROUP LLC apart. I founded REDLINE PROTECTION GROUP LLC with the goal of raising the standard of security services by applying real experience, discipline, and accountability. My mission is to build a company known for professionalism, reliability, and rapid response, while delivering protection clients can trust.
